Spraylat’s Electronic Materials Group offers a variety of technologies directed at providing innovative, cost effective solutions for a wide range of electronics industry applications.

Conductive Paints
Spraylat’s conductive paint products provide cost effective solutions to wide range of EMC related problems. Our SOS product line includes silver-coated copper, silver and hybrid coatings. These coatings are applied by spray application robotically or manually. Spraylat’s conductive coatings are frequently used on plastic enclosures to assist in achieving compliance to international standards covering electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). As the leading conductive coating technology worldwide, Spraylat’s conductive paint products are readily available in all global locations.

Printed Circuit Materials
Spraylat's product line of innovative printable circuit materials have been engineered to provide improved manufacturability with polymer thick film ink technology.  These polymer thick film ink products include silver-based conductors as well as carbon and graphite-based conductor inks and UV cured dielectric insulator inks.  Spraylat’s product line also includes carbon and graphite-based resistor inks.  These products have been formulated for a wide range of electronic applications including membrane switches, keypads, RFID tags, electroluminescent displays and flexible or rigid circuitry.

Specialty Products
Spraylat also offers unique specialty conductive products. This includes a family of ESD coatings and colored conductive paint products. Spraylat also offers conductive coatings for mainframe equipment. In addition, Spraylat’s Antenna Guard coatings are designed for use on satellite dish and radar dome applications. Spraylat’s Lightning Guard coatings provide protection from Zone I and Zone II lightning strikes.
