Liquid Specialties Technology

Spraylat had developed a series of unique, superior performance liquid coatings and primers for metal and plastic application. Spraylat formulations include both water and solvent-based products.

Coatings for Metals
Spraylat’s new, fully compliant, NZ “Near Zero” 2K water-based system includes as 0.1 lbs. /gal. VOC urethane top coat and a 0.1 lbs. /gal. VOC epoxy primer. Spraylat has also introduced a NZ “Near Zero” VOC solvent-based top coat with VOC’s below 1.0 lbs./gal.

Spraylat has developed a new solvent-based, ISO-Free Urethane coating that offers extended pot life, eliminates free isocyanates and can provide excellent corrosion protection direct-to-metal.

Spraylat has also developed a unique, air-dry or forced-dry, NZ “Near Zero” 1K urethane coating that is water-based and fully compliant at less than 0.6lbs./gal. VOC’s.

Coatings for Plastics
Spraylat’s liquid specialties group has also introduced a family of unique NZ “Near Zero” 1K water-based urethane coatings for plastic applications. These coatings are near zero VOC compliant coatings. They possess excellent corrosion performance and durability. On plastics, these 1K products provide adhesion to a wide range of resins without the need for a primer.

Spraylat has also developed a unique polyurethane dispersion coating technology that delivers superior durability and coating flexibility for very demanding product applications.
