ARC 2001^TM

 Spraylat’s ARC 2001 powder coatings are based on a special proprietary, modified polyester resin technology. These high performance polyester coatings meet the AAMA 2604 specifications¹ and surpass the 5 year South Florida Exposure requirement.

ARC 2001 products feature significant improvements in weatherability properties for gloss and color retention over conventional polyester TGIC coatings. In addition ARC2001 products provide both excellent mechanical characteristics such as hardness, impact resistance, adhesion and flexibility, and outstanding chemical, abrasion and corrosion resistance.

A comparison study conducted in Southern Florida has shown that ARC 2001 coatings outperform conventional polyester TGIC coatings three to four times.

¹Please note that when high chroma shades of red, orange and yellow are specified, these coatings require a clear top coat to achieve the performance of AAMA 2604
