Low-Cure Powder TechnologySpraylat has been in the forefront of product innovation in the development of low-cure powder coating technology since 1992 when we introduced our Generation I, low-cure products. These low-cure products included epoxy, polyester TGIC and hybrid (epoxy-polyester) resin systems. Spraylat recently introduced Generation II, the newest generation of low-cure powder technology offering leading-edge performance to the powder industry. Low-Cure Powder Features Energy savings. Savings derived from reduced oven temperatures. Increased Productivity. Productivity gains due to increased line speeds. Line speed increases of 3-5 minutes or more can be achieved. Manufacturing Flexibility. Low cure products can be adjusted to accommodate heavy mass parts and castings. They also allow adjustment in oven heat-up times, thereby improving oven efficiencies and line density for different applications. Finish Quality. Spraylat’s low-cure coatings achieve excellent smoothness and are resistant to orange peel. They also offer a range of gloss options and special finishes. Spraylat’s low-cure powders can save 15-30% in production costs as compared to normal cure products. Spraylat Low-Cure Powder Products
